چکیده
Low temperature plays a vital role in the growth and development of woody plants. In this research, based on ability artificial low temperatures to break dormancy, Utah model was used determine chilling requirements (CR) four early flowering Prunus mume Sieb. et Zucc. (Rosaceae) cultivars, which are widely found Henan area China. addition, changes carbohydrates, antioxidant enzyme activities, endogenous hormone contents flower buds (FBs) above-mentioned P. cultivars were measured during low-temperature storage process, physiological induction period explored. The main research conclusions as follows: (1) CRs ‘Gulihong’, ‘Nanjing gongfen’, ‘Zaoyudie’, ‘Zaohualve’ 408CU, 396CU, 372CU, 348CU, respectively. All belonged with demand. They also bloomed 4 months earlier, (2) process releasing dormancy at temperatures, soluble sugar (SS) osmoregulation system showed an upward trend, while content starch (ST) basically opposite trend increase chilling. superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity FBs each cultivar gradually decreased cold remained level, peroxidase (POD) dynamic catalase (CAT) generally first increasing then decreasing. abscisic acid (ABA) decreasing whole. changing gibberellin (GA3) similar that ABA. it before released, SS Pro lower FB germination significantly higher than those other ST SP lower. late had ABA content, GA3 contents, their activities CR. Therefore, various substances related amount cooling required by what point germinate, can be one indicators for judging FBs.

The genome of Prunus mume
Prunus mume (mei), which was domesticated in China more than 3,000 years ago as ornamental plant and fruit, is one of the first genomes among Prunus subfamilies of Rosaceae been sequenced. Here, we assemble a 280M genome by combining 101-fold next-generation sequencing and optical mapping data. We further anchor 83.9% of scaffolds to eight chromosomes with genetic map constructed by restriction...
متن کاملDe novo transcriptome assembly of two different Prunus mume cultivars
Prunus mume, belonging to the Prunus genus, is an Asian tree, and its common names are Chinese plum and Japanese plum. P. mume are cultivated for fruit production as well as ornamental purposes. In this study, we conducted de novo transcriptome assembly for two selected P. mume cultivars referred to as Takada and Wallyoung (commercially important cultivars for fruit production and ornamental tr...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Analysis Characterization and Evolution of SBP Genes in Fragaria vesca, Pyrus bretschneideri, Prunus persica and Prunus mume
The SQUAMOSA promoter binding protein (SBP)-box proteins are plant-specific transcriptional factors in plants. SBP TFs are known to play important functions in a diverse development process and also related in the process of evolutionary novelties. SBP gene family has been characterized in several plant species, but little is known about molecular evolution, functional divergence and comprehens...
متن کاملMolecular Characterization of a Novel Species of Capillovirus from Japanese Apricot (Prunus mume).
With the increased use of high-throughput sequencing methods, new viruses infecting Prunus spp. are being discovered and characterized, especially in the family Betaflexiviridae. Double-stranded RNAs from symptomatic leaves of a Japanese apricot (Prunusmume) tree from Japan were purified and analyzed by Illumina sequencing. Blast comparisons of reconstructed contigs showed that the P. mume samp...
